What size Fil de Fer? A constellation, not a chandelier

Fil de Fer is a handmade aluminium globe with tiny LEDs inside. Off, it is a wire sculpture. On, the room fills with dots — a constellation, not chandelier arms. Size is diameter and mount. Then you buy.
Ø 30, 50–70, or 100?
- Ø 30 cm indoor — beside a lounge chair. The one that fits a typical New York living room without eating the walkway.
- Ø 50–70 cm — loft scale. The diameter most people mean when they say “the Catellani globe.”
- Ø 100 cm — only if the ceiling, the floor, and the freight elevator agree. Indoor 100 cm sphere is listed around 16 kg; the crate is larger.
Aluminium reads cool. Gold reads warm. Indoor floor dimmable on a plug driver. Outdoor not dimmable. Do not hang an indoor floor lamp as a pendant — that is a different SKU on the Fil de Fer collection.
