Trade Program for Designers and Architects

Muretti’s trade program is for interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors who specify Italian kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and furnishings. Applications are reviewed by the Chelsea showroom. After approval, a trade specialist helps with collections, finishes, drawings, and delivery for projects in New York and beyond.

Who is the Muretti trade program for?

Interior designers, architects, custom home builders, and contractors who specify kitchens, bathrooms, closets, or Italian furnishings for a client. The program is a showroom partnership in Chelsea, for studios that need specification support rather than a retail walk-in. Apply with your firm details and, when you have one, a resale or sales-tax certificate.

How does a trade project move from specification to installation?

Start with the application on this page. After review, a specialist confirms scope, collections, and purchasing terms. Design follows the client’s plan, cabinetry is manufactured in Italy, and the Muretti team installs in New York, the tri-state area, and on projects farther afield. Visit 134 W 25th St when finishes need to be seen in person.

What support does the Chelsea showroom give a design studio?

The showroom team works behind the project: collection shortlists, finish and door samples, and drawings that keep a specification aligned with what Italy will build. You stay with your client. Muretti handles product detail, lead time, and coordination from 134 W 25th St. Call (212) 457-1355 if a project is already in motion.

Which Italian collections can a trade partner specify?

Trade partners specify the kitchen, bathroom, and closet lines already on the Muretti site, including Scavolini, Cesar, Veneta Cucine, Snaidero, and Arclinea, plus furniture and lighting in the shop. The right line depends on the room, the ceiling, and the finish the client will live with. Compare collections in the Chelsea showroom before an order is placed.

Specification, not a catalog dump

Cabinetry and furnishings are chosen against a real plan. The showroom team narrows collections so the studio is not sorting the line alone.

A specialist on the project

One trade contact follows the job from application through delivery, so lead time, finishes, and site conditions have a person attached to them.

Samples and drawings

Door samples, finish references, and drawings are available once the application is approved, so the client sees the material before it ships from Italy.

Delivery with the project

Installation is coordinated with the design, in New York and on projects outside the city. Timing is set with the trade specialist after the order is confirmed.

What an approved studio receives

Approval is confirmed by the showroom, not by submitting the form. Once a studio is approved, the trade desk works from the same Chelsea floor as homeowner consultations.

  • Application reviewed by the Chelsea showroom team at 134 W 25th St.
  • Purchasing terms confirmed in writing after approval. This page does not publish a discount.
  • Kitchens, bathrooms, closets, furniture, and lighting from the lines Muretti already specifies.
  • Finish samples and project drawings after the studio is approved.
  • Follow-up from the trade desk, including projects outside New York.

Trade program questions

How do I apply for the Muretti trade program?

Complete the form on this page with your firm, project focus, and a drawing file: PDF, DWG, DXF, or a ZIP, up to 100 MB. A resale or sales-tax certificate can be attached when you have one. The showroom reviews the application and a trade specialist follows up by email or phone. Write [email protected] if a live project cannot wait for the form.

Is there a minimum order for trade?

Muretti does not publish a minimum order on this page. A single furniture specification and a full kitchen are both reviewed with the trade team after approval. Scope, lead time, and purchasing terms are confirmed against the actual project, not a fixed quantity.

Are finish samples available to trade partners?

Yes, after the application is approved. The Chelsea showroom keeps door, finish, and material samples a studio can review at 134 W 25th St, or request for a project already in design. Samples follow the kitchen, bathroom, closet, and furniture lines named on this site.

How are trade prices set?

Purchasing terms are confirmed after the showroom approves the application. This page does not publish a discount percentage. Retail and trade figures are discussed with your specialist against the collections and scope, then confirmed in writing before an order is placed.

Where do trade meetings happen?

Meetings are at the Muretti showroom, 134 W 25th St, New York, NY 10001, in the Chelsea Design District, or by appointment when the project is outside the city. Call (212) 457-1355 once your application is in review. Nationwide and Caribbean projects are specified from this showroom.
