The Vortex Cube is 100% Made in Italy — a compact version of the professional Vortex F1 Pro that sets new quality standards with its ability to sanitise, remove odours, and cool glasses in seconds. Its cubic design miniaturises internal components to reduce external dimensions, keeping the work surface at an ideal height even on tall counters. Ideal for catering, small bars, and luxury home bars. The Vortex Cube improves every drink you serve: it does not dilute like ice, preserves flavours and aromas, and kills up to 88% of bacteria on the glass surface — removing invisible post-wash residue that causes bad odours and compromises taste. Available in stainless steel, matte black, and matte white. All colours use 100% stainless steel construction; coloured models are finished with high-strength epoxy paints for wear and moisture resistance. Connects to a CO2 cylinder with Standard (up to 2.5 m) or ERT (up to 12 m / 40 ft) feeding systems. CO2 consumption: 5 g per second.
